Do you mix sizes?

Due to the quantity of orders we process, we are unable to mix sizes.

Why is there a small discrepancy in the sizes sometimes?

There may occasionally be a slight discrepancy in sizes, as it is nearly impossible to get them the exact size every time. We do try our best to ensure consistency though.

Why are there other bugs in my box?

There may occasionally be other bugs mixed in with your shipment. We do our best to remove any additional bugs, but some do still get through. Usually they are the dermistid beetles and their larvae, which can be helpful in keeping the box clean by feeding on dead crickets and their waste.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on crickets.

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be changed after they have been processed for shipping.
