Monday shipping schedule

We ship live cricket orders on Mondays only. Order by 9 AM Eastern on Monday for that Monday’s shipment. Orders placed after 9 AM Eastern ship the following Monday. Weather holds may apply.

We only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

It is highly recommended that someone be there when your crickets arrive. They will not last very long if left in the hot sun.

We reserve the right to hold your shipment for up to seven days to wait for improved weather conditions.  You will be notified if it is held more than two days beyond your original ship date.

We DO NOT guarantee shipping speeds.  We will not issue refunds for shipping if a package misses it's projected delivery speed.
