We do not accept returns. We only issue refunds in cases where there is problem with your order. You may be required to show photographic evidence to receive a refund. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion. You can see the terms of the live delivery guarantee below.

We use temperature information gathered from accuweather.com to make temperature determinations.
We will only refund the cost of the crickets lost or ship a fresh box to make up for the lost crickets using standard shipping services. WE DO NOT REFUND THE COST OF SHIPPING.
These policies apply to all orders, including subscription orders.
All refunds or replacements are given at our sole discretion, and may be denied for any reason at any time.
