Shipping Schedule

Orders placed Monday – Wednesday by 9:00 AM Eastern time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM Eastern time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday.

We only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

It is highly recommended that someone be there when your crickets arrive. They will not last very long if left in the hot sun.

We reserve the right to hold your shipment for up to seven days to wait for improved weather conditions.  You will be notified if it is held more than two days beyond your original ship date.

 

Live Delivery Guarantee

 

We provide a live delivery guarantee as long as the overnight lows are above 25 degrees in the destination and all areas the crickest travel through, you contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package, and you accept the package on the first delivery attempt.

 

We use temperature information gathered from accuweather.com to make temperature determinations.

We will only refund the cost of the crickets lost or ship a fresh box to make up for the crickets lost using standard shipping services.  WE DO NOT REFUND THE COST OF SHIPPING.

These policies apply to all orders, including subscription orders.

All refunds or replacements are given at our sole discretion, and may be denied for any reason at any time.
